I'm offering a service to create prenuptial agreements for those who plan to be homemakers while spouse earns income. This is a beautiful arrangement for some and a big risk for others. I know several women personally who were stay at home homeschooling mothers, whose marriages dissolved for whatever reason (one was because husband cheated!), and who were told they had no right to their home or the daily car they drove alone, because their spouse bought it with his own earned income. Each woman had to put the child(ren) in school because she had to immediately settle for whatever job she could find (a couple of them are also budgeting for continued education to beget more opportunities for more earning potential), and also had to find a home to rent (a couple also had no or bad credit, as a result of not being in charge of her own finances within the marriage). The frequency of financial abuse being a tool used against victims of domestic violence is a huge problem and it doesn't only affect the primary caretaker of the children, it greatly affects the children too! It's traumatic. I have decided to offer a service of helping to negotiate prenuptial agreements to protect stay at home spouses from the potential for financial abuse later. It's much easier to establish a written contract based on love and cooperation and genuine goodwill before the wedding, than in bitterness and resentment during a divorce. I highly encourage women to use the promise of a bright future to secure a bright future, in writing. Because people change, and so do their intentions. Stay wise, family ❤️

The reason we call it matrimony is because it's how the men under the influence of a rogue patriarch usurped the ownership of land by contracting with women, who by virtue of their wombs, are tied to the land and thus the rightful heirs of it. If you read The Eternal Word of YaH, you'll get more insight into the biblical principles that foster true peace and prosperity for the whole population, land really isn't supposed to be purchased and a woman's ability to provide for her children by the fruit of the land is a collective asset to be protected, not bought from her or contracted away from her. Women, specifically mothers, should NOT be in survival mode. It does NO favors for the individuals, the family, or the collective.

We hear of the concept of prenuptial agreements being used to protect the assets of the partner who has more earning potential. But this is a profound misapplication of a righteous concept, because it completely devalues the equity that is life fostering energy that women bring to the table. Wage gaps notwithstanding, women contribute incredible amounts of energy to be the homemaker or stay at home mother, so that their husbands can focus on promotion within the workplace. In the event of divorce, her equitable assets are often devalued, while his are protected and also easily maintained, by virtue of his uninterrupted earning potential. Earning potential that was also predicated by her efforts.

Because I never want to see another stay at home mother again being kicked out of her home, having her vehicle taken, being left with no income and no resources, generally get put through the ringer and have her life turned upside down.. only to battle in unconstitutional family courts a man who once felt she was worthy of receiving the world, but had a change of heart and now is toying with her livelihood... I've decided to offer a unique service.
