Patrick regularly takes advantage of our late-night service hours to ensure he has the temporary permits he needs to stay legal and keep moving. With some temporary permits valid for only 24 hours, being able to obtain permits at any hour of the day, often within minutes, is a game changer.

There’s something special about seeing your work come full circle.

Imagine Jacie’s surprise when she began working on a project from Maryland to a manufacturing facility in a small Kentucky town, only to realize the destination was her own town!

With a population of just over 12,000 people, it’s not every day you get to permit loads headed right down the road from your house. As always, Jacie made sure every permit was secured well in advance, helping keep the project on schedule and ensuring the move could proceed without delays.

Thanks to Dominique, Jacie was able to catch a glimpse of the project through these photos and see the results of her hard work firsthand.

Moments like these are a great reminder that the work our team does has a real impact on communities across the country, sometimes even our own.

Sometimes the difference between a stressful day and a successful delivery comes down to having the right team on your side.

Today, a customer called us in full panic mode.

"I need Illinois and local permits ASAP. The driver used another permit service, we've been waiting for days, and this load HAS TO DELIVER TODAY. I can't get a straight answer from anyone."

Without hesitation, Tonya's response was simple:
