Behind every Umbarger-fed winner is a dealer who knows their families, their animals, and their goals.

Our dealers do far more than stock feed. They're answering questions, helping build feeding programs, celebrating wins, and supporting livestock families all year long.

If you're an Umbarger dealer, we'd love for you to share this post with your community and let everyone know you're here to help this fall.

You’re trying to keep your animal set up. They’re at the rail holding their breath and hoping for the best.

Who feels the show-day nerves more in your family? Tag the person who needs a deep breath before your class. 😂

Wanting more comes naturally when you care. Take a second to appreciate what you can do now that you couldn’t when you started. Keep up the hard work.

You might have outgrown the jacket. We bet you still remember the day you earned it.

The animal. The show. The people who were just as excited as you were.

Some families now have Umbarger jackets from more than one generation of showmen. Getting to be part of those family stories means a lot to our crew!

Tell us about your first Umbarger jacket in the comments.

Same day. Same time. A clearer picture of your progress.

Umbarger Feed Specialist Eric King’s recommendation: weigh pigs, sheep, and goats once a week, and cattle every two weeks. Whether you weigh in the morning or evening, before or after feeding, keep the routine consistent so you’re comparing weights taken under similar conditions.

Then write it down. A notebook, a whiteboard in the barn, or an app can help you track dates and weights. Having that history in front of you makes it easier to spot changes and see how your project is progressing toward your goals.

Have questions about your animal’s progress or feeding program? Reach out through the Feeding Advice form on our website. Our team is here to help.

Next Level started with growing and finishing in mind. Then the feeders using it helped tell the rest of the story.

As Umbarger Feed Specialist Kent Bennington explains, their feedback showed how well it also fit into creep feeding and sale prep - making Next Level a versatile option through every phase of a show goat’s development.

Tune in as Kent shares how those real-world feeding experiences expanded the way we think about this product.

One name gets called in the ring, but a whole crew knows what it took to get there.

Maybe it’s your FFA chapter, the neighbors who always lend a hand, or friends from across the country you count down the days to see.

They help you get ready, tell you what you need to hear, and somehow get just as nervous watching you show as they do showing themselves.

Who’s in your corner? Tag your show crew and tell us why you’re thankful for them!
