Fist Course
Caldinho

All Gulf seafood featuring blue crab, shrimp and fish stewed in a rich coconut pepper broth

Second Course
Salada Altamira

Organic lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, carrots, avocado, hearts of palm, toasted almond and cashew, passion fruit vinaigrette

Third Course
Whole Gulf Fish
Lightly seasoned then froiled (flash fried then broiled), served with aoili and ponzu sauces and organic greens.

Escondidinho (Hidden Treasure)

A traditional Brazilian dish best described as an exotic tropical version of shepherd's pie, with your choice of Gulf shrimp, chicken or seasonal vegetables, mushrooms and black beans layered with mashed cassava and potatoes, then topped with Havarti cheese and broiled. Served with our house-made Brazilian hot sauce.
