What an incredible few days in Las Vegas celebrating 10 years of LamontCo! 🎉

There was so much energy, excitement, learning, laughter, and relationship building packed into this year’s Associate Xchange (AXS). It’s hard to put into words what makes this company so special, but after spending the week surrounded by our associates, clients, supplier partners, and friends, one thing is crystal clear…

People are the difference.

A huge congratulations and heartfelt thank you to Tim & Julie Lamont for having the vision, courage, and heart to build something truly special over the past decade. The culture you’ve created is one where people genuinely care about one another, celebrate each other’s successes, and always strive to do what’s right for our clients.

Thank you to our incredible leadership team for your guidance, encouragement, and commitment to making us all better every day.

To my fellow LamontCo associates…I couldn’t be prouder to be part of this team. Watching everyone connect, collaborate, and represent our company with professionalism and authenticity was inspiring.

And to our amazing supplier partners and clients…thank you. Your trust, friendship, and collaboration are what make our industry so rewarding. We succeed because of the relationships we’ve built together.

I’m heading home with a full heart, new ideas, stronger friendships, and even more excitement for what’s ahead.

The countdown to AXS 2026 is on, and this year is especially meaningful as celebrates its 10th Anniversary!

I'm incredibly proud to be part of a company that has continued to grow while never losing sight of what matters most, building genuine relationships, delivering exceptional experiences for our clients, and investing in the people who make this industry so special.

I'm looking forward to spending a few days at Caesars Palace Las Vegas Hotel & Casino connecting with clients, supplier partners, colleagues, and industry friends, sharing ideas, strengthening relationships, and celebrating this incredible milestone together.

A HUGE shoutout to Hard Rock Puerto Vallarta, Hotel Puerto Vallarta, Hotel Group , and DMC for an outstanding planning trip for the 2027 SITE Texas Summit!

We are incredibly excited to return in May 2027 Texas Signature Hosted Buyer Summit, and after this visit, I can honestly say the future is looking very bright.

I walked away genuinely impressed by the level of thought, creativity, and attention to detail our amazing supplier partners invested in this planning visit. They truly captured the vision of what Texas is working to create for our 2027 Summit, and their passion for showcasing Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit was evident every step of the way.

Their hospitality was second to none, and I couldn't be more grateful for the warm welcome and incredible partnership.

Thank you all—we can't wait to bring the SITE Texas family back to experience it all together in 2027! 🌴☀️🤘

🐾 Strategic planning session underway at the DMC Network San Antonio offices today!

Charli Bear has officially entered the meetings & incentives industry.

After sitting in on conversations about DMC programs, attendee engagement, and experience design, Charli has proposed a bold new strategy:

Every program should include:
✔️ Puppy activations
✔️ Unlimited treats
✔️ Mandatory cuddle breaks
✔️ Stress-relief puppy lounges between sessions

Honestly… she may be onto something. 😂

Can you imagine arriving at a conference breakout and instead of stale coffee and granola bars, there’s a “Puppy Recharge Station” waiting for you?

Brandi McNair Ronk and Charli are apparently now consulting on emotional ROI and attendee happiness metrics. 🐶❤️

It’s honestly tough to fully capture what the 2026 SITE Texas Summit meant this year—but this video gets pretty close.

I couldn’t be more proud of what our chapter created together in Las Vegas. The energy from day one, the conversations that pushed our thinking during Education Day, and the connections built during our offsite experiences… it all came together in a way that truly felt special.

What stood out most to me wasn’t just the programming—it was the people. The openness, the willingness to connect, share ideas, and support one another is what continues to make SITE Texas such a powerful community.

To everyone who joined us—thank you. You are the reason this Summit was one of the best we’ve ever had.

Now… we turn the page and start building what’s next.

Puerto Vallarta 2027… we’re coming.

Today Roaming With The Ronks had the opportunity to attend the grand opening of the new Big Spring Lagoon and Rancher Hall at the Hill Country Resort here in San Antonio, and it was absolutely stunning.

The new lagoon brings a “beach experience” right to the Texas Hill Country, and the new event venue and luxury villas are incredible. As a meeting planner, I’m always exploring destinations that create memorable experiences for groups — and this one definitely impressed.
