RC Transport LLC recently crossed the 10,000 load threshold. This # was created arbitrarily when I signed on with my Transportation Management Software, but was my best guess at the true # of loads that I had sold and booked since the beginning of my career in logistics way back in June of 2012.
So, the 10,000 number comes from my time as an employee(12'-14', about 1500), my time as an agent(14'-20', about 5000), and finally my time'- as a full fledged brokerage (20'- present, about 3500). I can't believe I have been involved in over 10,000 transactions within the full truckload space. That # seems so unreal.
Through all of that time, I have been fortunate enough to keep many happy customers for many years, and have also been able to cultivate a great experience for the carriers that help me deliver the promises I make to my customers. I truly wouldn't be able to be successful without a talented and hard working network of full truckload carrier partners. Of course, they wouldn't want to work with me unless I was easy and fair to work with- and unless I pay on time!
I believe everyone has a role to play and if you have integrity and determination you can achieve more than you think!
