Fulton County Transit FCTA is a public transportation agency which proudly serves the citizens of Fulton, Hickman, Graves, Carlisle, and Marshall counties.

Our main office is in Fulton at 302 Eastwood Drive. There is another office in Mayfield at 3414 State Highway 45 N. FCTA DEMAND RESPONSE RATES BY COUNTY:

Note: Clients must have payment upon boarding any FCTA vehicle. Fulton County:

Fulton to Fulton:
$3 per trip/per person; $5 round trip/per person

Hickman to Hickman:
$3 per trip/per person; $5 round trip/per person

Fulton to Hickman:
$10 pe

r trip/per person; $18 round trip/per person

Hickman to Fulton:
$10 per trip/per person; $18 round trip/per person

Carlisle, Graves & Hickman Counties:

City to City:
$3 per trip/per person; $5 round trip/per person

City to County:
$10 per trip/per person; $18 round trip/per person

County to City:
$10 per trip/per person; $18 round trip/per person

Children in all Counties we serve:

0-3 years of age: Free
4-5 years of age: ½ price
Children age 6 and above: Full price

These rates are for children riding along with an adult, and do not apply to the school rate of $1.00 per student/per trip. FCTA will provide car seats/booster seats, at the client’s request. All children must have an approved car seat/booster seat before riding. Medical or Private Pay:

Ride – Along:
$15.00 per trip/person
Private Pay Trips:
$1.75 per mile/per trip
Trips outside Region One: $400.00
JU Kevil Rate:
$5 per trip-Route Only. If they do not ride a route, the client must pay full rate price.
