2 new culverts, and 3 loads of base rock is all it took to go from zero drainage to 💯 % drainage.

Some progress going on at Big Tree Storage by Lake Kiowa. Another 125’ addition via multi level pads. Just getting them roughed in. Final pics coming soon. Still more select fill to haul!

We’ve been crazy busy lately and I haven’t had a chance to update our page. Here’s a couple progress pics of a big job we’ve been on at Lake Kiowa. We were chosen to remove the 50x100 pavilion, slab, bathrooms, septic systems, sidewalks, and several large trees.

We prepped the sub grade and then the concrete guys sat partial forms. We’ve been hauling select fill non stop! It’s coming along great. Hoping to have this job completed by weeks end. This has been a really cool job to be apart of and we love working with Bluebonnet Homes custom builders.

All said and done this will be an extremely nice addition to Lake Kiowa.
