HVAC Install Tech , Lead mechanic

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC trade (PREFERRED: HVAC journeyman s license).
EPA Type II, Universal CFC Certification (EPA 608) (Preferred)
Able to work Monday-Friday with occasional overtime during afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed. Hours may involve start times as early as 4:00 a.m.
Ability to install refrigerant systems, air distribution systems and equipment controls
Must be able to lift up to seventy-five (75) pounds.
Personal hand tools and drill required for commercial HVAC work.
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Knowledge and understanding of commercial HVAC installation
Read and understand plans and specifications,
Create material list and ductwork mark-up from job site
Effectively communicate site and job conditions
Comply with safety standards
Identify and document issues or barriers to meeting job schedule and completion of work
Able to work with a team or independently
Able to task others for completion of work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Part-Time Commercial HVAC Billing Specialist

HVAC Precision Services, a Commercial HVAC contractor based in Gaithersburg MD, is seeking an experienced Commercial Service Billing Specialist to work part-time (24 hours per week) in our Service Department. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years commercial HVAC billing experience and be open to working with customers to facilitate payment of past due bills. Experience with Buildops software a plus, but not required.

Position offers flexible work schedule, perfect for a working parent, with potential to become hybrid in the future. Pay scale is $25 to $30 per hour to start, wage to be commensurate with experience.

We are looking for someone well versed on chillers, pumps, boilers, pneumatic controls, variable frequency drives, air cooled scrolls, VAV boxes, rooftop units, split systems, heat pumps and computer room units. 5+ years experience preferred.
