As my feelings of empathy goes out to this child and any child that has to suffer at the hands of "Bullies". What we need to recognize is that the "Bullying" starts at the work place and has an trickle down effect. Upper Management, Managers, Supervisors and Lead personal are all guilty of it. They beat people in the backs heads and mines with their agendas and when they are not fulfilled here comes the maybe not "physical" blows, but emotional, financial and economical outbursts. So who do you think gets the brink of those licks when an heavy order comes in and production is slow and sales are down ? Your child, your family and peers and peers alike. You want to recognize a "spade" as a "spade" stop viewing it as an club. So, now let's take a look at the "Bullies" because they need help too.
