(UCS) had its humble beginning on February 2006 when a group of experts in the forwarding industry sat together and coined an idea that would start with the “balikbayan” boxes from America and delivered to consignees in the Philippines. The UCS Office in Glendale, California came to life under the management of husband and wife, Danny and Cecille Gipulan. The Manila office, meanwhile, is now under

the management of a colleague, Napoleon Carbonell. With the help of agents from all over US, the company has now a fair share of the market. This is complemented by the efficient handling of the delivery to the end-user by the Manila office. This good flow of service from the shipper to the consignee is a commitment every employee of the company has pledged. As such, we will continue to dedicate fast and reliable service and prove worthy of every shipper and consignee’s trust.
