🍴✨ NOW THAT I’M HOME… LET’S TALK FOOD! ✨🍴

After a full week at Disney, EPCOT Food & W**e and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, I narrowed it down to my TOP 5 FAVORITE THINGS I ATE THIS TRIP!

🥇 #1 — Pulled Pork Loaded Chips | Fort Wilderness
These were SO good! Flavorful pulled pork + salty, crispy chips = perfection. 🤤 And at $9.49, they were a great meal to share!

🍤 #2 — Firecracker Shrimp | Yak & Yeti
One of my absolute favorites! That Firecracker sauce has the perfect amount of spice. I could easily eat an entire platter myself! 🔥

🌺 #3 — Hawaiian Pork Slider | EPCOT Food & W**e Festival
A must-have for us every year! The pork is packed with flavor, and the pineapple chutney adds the perfect touch of sweetness. 🍍

🍨 #4 — Brownie à la Mode | Beaches & Cream
Warm brownie + ice cream… need I say more? 😂 I’ve honestly been dreaming about this dessert since I left!

🧄 #5 — Undead Garlic Parmesan Chicken Strips | MNSSHP
This one surprised me! The garlic parmesan sauce took these chicken strips to another level and made them my favorite party snack we tried. 👻

🏠 WE ARE HOME!!! 🏠

It’s officially home sweet home! After a LONG trek back, we finally made it back to our own beds… and let me tell you, they have never felt so good! 😂

But of course, we couldn’t make the trip home without saying goodbye to some of our favorite friends and squeezing in a couple of fun pit stops along the way!

We are tired, sore, unpacking, and probably going to need a vacation from our vacation… but somehow, we’re already thinking about the next one. 🤣

After a week packed with adventures, magical moments, beaches, Disney, and SO many memories, it’s hard not to start asking the big question:

✨ WHERE ARE WE GOING NEXT?! ✨

And honestly, Disney makes it pretty easy to keep that vacation dream alive with their Bounceback offer, giving eligible guests the opportunity to book another stay before they even leave the magic!

From Character Breakfast to Halloween Magic
Friday was a BIG Disney Day!

Day 7: We started our morning with breakfast at Topolino’s Terrace at Disney’s Riviera Resort, where we got to dine with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, and Daisy in their adorable Riviera outfits! The food was delicious, the characters were so much fun, and it was the perfect way to start our day! Afterwards Aj and I had some mommy and me time where we took the skyliner from our resort over to Beach Club at Beaches and Cream! This was a first for me and I was not disappointed! Then we finally headed back to the resort to get ready for the Main Event... Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party!
Once we arrived at Magic Kingdom, it was time to get into full Halloween mode! We got our party bags & bracelets, explored the party, enjoyed all the spooky entertainment, grabbed some Halloween treats, collected some candy, and took in all the incredible atmosphere throughout the park!
And of course, we stayed until the very end!
There’s just something extra magical about seeing Magic Kingdom dressed for Halloween, especially when you get to experience it with your kids in costume!
From breakfast with Mickey & Friends in the morning to Halloween magic until midnight...this was definitely a Disney Day we won’t forget!
We are sad our trip is finally coming to an end but it was a perfect trip from beginning to end and we can't wait to go home and start thinking about our next one!

Adventures around the World today!

Day 6: We spent the day exploring my favorite park EPCOT! We started the day rope dropping Frozen and ended it with delicious snacks and drinks! We also got to meet some of our favorite characters along the way! Now to get a good night rest before the highlight of our trip.. Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

Animal Kingdom Day 🌳

Day 5: Today was everything we hoped for! We started bright and early with Early Entry, saw a bunch of animals, met Bluey & Bingo, explored the park, and wrapped up the day with some delicious food. We may have gotten absolutely torrentially downpoured on at the end but the memories of playing in the rain made it totally worth it! One of my favorite things about Animal Kingdom is that it’s so much more than rides-it’s a park where slowing down and exploring really pays off

Disney Day Has Arrived!

Day 4: Today we officially checked into Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and kicked off the Disney Portion of our vacation! We spent the afternoon cooling off at Blizzard Beach and exploring our resort before ending the night at Fort Wilderness with Chip ‘n’ Dale Campfire Sing-Along. One of my favorite planning tips is making your arrival day part of the vacation instead of just a travel day! You can fit so much magic into it!
