• Dispatch Manager candidates must have at least **5 years of dispatch management experience**.
• Saltwater hauling and oilfield transportation experience is strongly preferred.

Wrangler Trucking LLC is seeking an organized and dependable Shop Coordinator to help keep our mechanics, repairs, and daily shop operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain clear communication between the shop and management
Provide regular updates on the repair status of trucks and trailers
Create and update work tickets for repairs and services performed
Coordinate repair jobs and help mechanics stay organized
Track units from the time they enter the shop until repairs are completed
Maintain accurate records of labor, parts, and completed work
Help prioritize jobs and minimize equipment downtime
Perform other administrative and shop-related duties as needed

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable and able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable entering information into computer systems
Knowledge of trucks, trailers, diesel repair, or shop operations is preferred
Ability to work well with mechanics, drivers, and management
