So… “Sassy” and owner, Darren Butcher, were here for a week installing a new windshield, wing re-(something 🤷‍♀️😂), reskinning an elevator, etc. Cessna 195s are beautiful airplanes!!! This one is a gem. (See more pics in the comments.)

Look who showed up today to get a look at his Cessna 195? It’s been quite the redo. Getting parts has been the longtime pain-staking issue. But she’s coming along. Richard Hawley.

This beautiful Cessna 195 will be going to a new home soon. We sold N1008D to (Richard) Dick Russell. It was a wreck we purchased and fixed. The upholstery was in very good condition so we kept it. Dick had it painted as the original owner had Cessna paint from the factory. (I believe) I’ve been detailing the inside for a few hours today with Plane Perfect products. I’m getting ready to shampoo the carpet.
She’s a beauty. We’ll send her to a new home with a starter kit of Plane Perfect products. ❤️
