Sometimes growth starts simply by being willing to sit in the room.

Last week at NEMTAC2026, we had the opportunity to listen, learn, ask questions and take in new perspectives from across the transportation industry.

As a small business, it’s easy to look around a room and notice how much bigger everyone else seems.

But small companies belong in the room, too.

You don’t have to be the biggest to keep learning, improving and taking what you do seriously.
