Disney parks have had a piece of my heart since age four when I was perched on the shoulders of my dad as the parade made its way down the Magic Kingdom’s Main Street USA on Christmas morning. I truly fell in love with the magic of Walt Disney World when serving as a consultant for my sorority and spending a few months stationed at Rollins College near Orlando. nt nothing could keep me away… I even did a conference call on my flip phone from the parade route at Hollywood Studios (then Disney-MGM)! Here in West Michigan I’ve worked in theatre administration and event production, and I’m an active volunteer in my community as a musical theatre performer. I love blending my love for theatre and Disney by teaming up for Disney Trivia and Disney Nostalgia nights with friends, as well as crafting custom ears to wear on my WDW trips. Considering my passion for the arts, it’s no surprise that my favorite Disney parks activities are live performances, shows, and cavalcades! My husband is in the restaurant business, so I’m also way into food… and I can talk for hours about my favorite Disney dining experiences, meals, snacks, and beverages.
