We’re looking for a Service Writer to join our team! This position plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience for our customers. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:
☑️Assist customers with scheduling service appointments for boats and outboards
☑️Coordinate storage and winterization drop-off and pick-up
☑️Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs, and customer communications
☑️Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and keeping customers informed about their service status
☑️Work closely with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs
☑️Process work orders and invoices accurately

Qualifications:
☑️Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
☑️Excellent verbal and written communication skills
☑️Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
☑️Experience in customer service or service roles preferred
☑️Knowledge of boats and marine equipment is a plus, but not required
☑️Comfortable using computers
