Looking for an occassional to part time contractor, 1099 to start, to help Load and Unload moving trucks.
We are a moving labor company. We Load and Unload customer rented moving trucks (Uhaul, Penske, etc). We are based in Green Island, we meet there before any job, and carpool out to jobsite. Official job time starts at customer location, and ends when the job is complete. If there is more than one job in a day, we pay half time for travel between locations.
At least 18 years old.
Ability to pass both Drug and Background checks.
Strong work ethic.
Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted.
Ability to carry up to 200 lbs with assistance. and tools (straps, dollies, etc).
Be able to move heavy items up and down stairs.
Valid Drivers License.
Your own vehicle with enough room for dollies, basic handtools, and moving blankets.
Must be able to meet in Green Island and carpool with another crew member to jobsite.
If you are a good worker, physically strong, can take direction, and be proactive we can train the rest.

Laborer (non driving) $15/hr must haves:
At least 18 years old
Strong work ethic
Ability to lift 75 lbs unassisted
Ability to carry up to 200 lbs with assistance and tools (straps, dollies, etc)
Be able to move heavy items up and down stairs

If you are interested in Driving and Laborer Position (Driving your vehicle to customer location) $20/hr, you must also have:
Valid Drivers license
Your own vehicle with enough room for dollies, basic handtools, and moving blankets
Ability to meet in Green Island and carpool another crew member to jobsite

If you are a good worker, physically strong, can take direction, and be proactive we can train the rest.
