Our service is a shared-ride program, which means you may be required to share a vehicle with other passengers and may not be taken directly from your origin to your destination in order to accommodate the needs of other passengers. There are several different funding programs, which include:
- Senior Shared-Ride Program
-Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP)
-Americans with Disabilitie

s (ADA) Complimentary Paratransit Program
-Persons with Disabilities Program (PwD)

We know that any change to the cost of transportation can be a concern, especially for the riders who rely on GO Westmoreland to get where they need to go.

Beginning October 1, 2026, GO Westmoreland Shared-Ride fares will be adjusted. The new fares vary based on trip distance and rider type.

We know how important GO Westmoreland is to the people and communities we serve, and we want to make sure riders have the information they need to understand this change. It was a beautiful afternoon, and it was especially inspiring to hear firsthand from speakers who shared their recovery journeys and experiences with Forge Health's programs.
