For my non Futbol followers let me explain to you what each of these mean in travel terms:

A yellow card infraction: this is awarded if you inquire with a travel agent about your next trip and then you go ahead and book it on your own.

A red card infraction: this is awarded if on that same trip you have issues or delays and you reach out to your travel agent for help.

Moral of this Futbol story, just like every national team has a coach to lead its players every vacation you need a travel agent to help guide you and maximize your experience.

No yellows and no reds! Use a travel agent!
