Any Hotshot guys out there hauled for this brokerage company? Sia Air Chain??? They are ripping me off, I hauled a load for them right, never should’ve taken it because it was under 2.00 a mile, I know I know but my authority is new and it’s tough out here, so anyway it got booked mid morning, delivery was 900 miles away to be delivered 9am the next day, they called me I said I can’t pick it up until after lunch, he said he would let the people at the pickup location know, well I didn’t get loaded till 4pm, he calls and I said there’s no way possible I might get it there tomorrow by end of day, which I did, 6pm got unloaded, the customer wasn’t upset he said it was supposed to be delivered Tuesday so it is what it is, well now Sia Air Chain has refused payment all week, yea my factoring company wouldn’t even pay it so I had to use Sia’s quick pay, well after over 70 emails back and forth they’re taking $750 bux off the agreed payment, saying I still said I could make the time, this is BS, so yea I’m blasting them on Facebook, tell me who’s in the wrong please
