So everyone this is a impeller on a Yamaha 4stroke , if you look closely at the pictures you can see obviously that the impeller has not only ran dry at some point and tore up the impeller but also the rubber on the cup and melted housing and o-ring . A new kit is needed to repair this customers boat, some cases you can just use new gasket and new impeller!
