Our Transportation team recently held our Q3 Driver Safety Meeting, bringing our drivers together, sharing company updates, and reviewing important safety and compliance topics.

Meet the people behind our promise: Invested in Your Success

Jermichael Hill transferred from Hyway to FST Logistics in August 2024, starting as a Casual & Recovery Driver. Today, he serves as our Orientation Coordinator & Driver Trainer in Operations.

Jermichael leads three-day orientations for new drivers and supports our team with HOS questions, Comdata cards, and driver feedback.

With a career in transportation dating back to 2003, plus experience in the U.S. Army and advanced degrees in Technical Management and Transportation Management, Jermichael brings decades of experience to every driver he trains.

Last Friday, our Transportation team hosted a Truck Driver Job Fair, giving local CDL drivers the chance to meet our team, connect with current FST drivers, talk with dispatchers, and learn what it's like to drive for FST Logistics. It was a great day filled with great conversations and an amazing meal grilled by our Driver Trainer, Jermichael Hill.

Meet the people behind our promise: Invested in Your Success

Gary Campion started as a Safety intern in 2020, fresh off finishing his supply chain management degree at Columbus State. Today, he's our Safety & Compliance Manager.

Along the way, Gary built the warehouse audit scorecard our team still uses for quarterly compliance walks, helped launch "The Bridge" SharePoint system for SOPs and documents, leveled up our new hire training program, and relocated to Texas to help start up our DFW warehouse.

As an employee-owned company, every team member is personally invested in your success, and Gary's journey from intern to manager is a great example of that in action.
