Products include Maple Syrup, Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup, Cream, Candy, Sugar, Granola, Peanuts, Maple Fudge, Maple Walnut Fudge, Maple Seasoning/Rub, Maple Sugar-Peanut Topping and Pancake Mix. Shipping is done using USPS Priority Mail Regional Boxes to save you money. I accept PayPal, Venmo, Credit Card or you can mail me a check. Once payment is received I will ship giving you a tracking number so you know where you package is.

Looking forward to cracking it open in 6 months.

Till theni still have some left from last year if you are ready now for this delicious syrup.

Yesterday 4/24 I finished pulling the last of the 605 taps. I have also had time to get syrup bottled and website updated with the restocked items. Next up Bourbon Barrel to be filled...

Happy Easter 🐰 from Italy. On a travel club trip with my wife which coincides with our our 29th anniversary today. Joined by our Duagther Mara and her husband Matthew Skinner. I placed a Mike's Maple 🍁 sticker on a couple of polls one in Florence and one in Rome. Season ended just in time for me to attend this wonderful trip. Of course I brought some small bottles to share with our bus drivers and tour guide 🙃

Boiling sap and watching the storm roll in. Hail on the tin roof is loud for sure. When the tornado warning came on my phone you wanna bet my a** ran back in the storm to the house. Safer there then in the sugar shack. Thankfully just some hail, lots of thunder and lightning and RAIN... Not been in the sap house for this type of storm before... thank you Melissa Frisbee for bringing over dinner before the storm came so I didn't have to go out in it, till I had to go oit in it... I love you.

March 26th, not all the jobs are glamorous when making syrup, with warm weather means some cleaning need to happen. Then new sap goes in. Also our dog Gunner turned 8 today, he is such a good boy. Tender vittles mixed with wet food for dinner and pup cup ice cream given by Melissa for his dessert 🍨
