**OTR Dry Bulk Transportation Specialist**

Hoffman Hauling LLC is a family owned and operated business. We are looking to expand and grow and to do that we need YOU! We are seeking motivated individuals to join our wonderful team.

Must have a clean driving record and pass a pre-employment drug screening.

We haul dry bulk commodities such as Feed ingredients, grains, fertilizer, and aggregates across the midwest and also cross the country.

All pay is based on experience but everyone starts at 25% of gross for 90 days
Health insurance benefits are offered after 90 days of employment.
IRA plan offered after 90 days of employment.
Paid time off is offered after 1 year of employment.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Class A CDL, 2 years verifiable experience
-Up to date medical card
-Knowledge and Understanding of hopper bottom trailers
-Minimum of 21 Years of age
-Must have reliable transportation to and from work

JOB DUTIES:
-Understanding that you will not be home every day, home weekly but must be willing to stay out 2 weeks at a time in the busy seasons
-Taking care of equipment!
-Safely and timely loading and unloading products
- Must communicate with shippers and receivers

Yes you will start out in our freightliner columbia so if you have a "long hood only" mentality this is not the job for you
