To all of our valued clients,
At this time, we are performing operations as an essential business outlined by the State of South Carolina.
Per CDC guidelines and the latest on the Coronavirus (also referred to as Covid-19), we have implemented the below to protect the health of all our employees and continue our commitment to our customers success.
-Some of our workforce in the office is working remotely
-For the remaining workforce in the office not working remotely, we have installed plastic dividers
-All of our employees are maintaining 6 feet of distance, at all times from each other
-All of our break rooms are closed until further notice
-Employees are not allowed to go in groups to lunch, and preferably stay at work once they arrive
-We have thermometers on hand for any employees that feel as though they have a fever, and will be thoroughly sanitized before and after use
-All paperwork will be handled with gloves by our employees
-Drivers will be provided with a limited check-in point
-Anyone that enters our facilities will be asked to use hand sanitizer
-Our staff will reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that we feel is visibly ill
-Our staff has implemented hand sanitizer stations throughout our facilities, and are encouraged to constantly use them
Essentially our business is trying to provide the same level of service as normal so please continue to communicate with your account representatives as usual.
However, we may need to go to minimum manning and in an effort to plan for this we must look at all business functions.
Hopefully this will not happen but wanted to make sure we communicated this possible situation so you could plan for it if --- in case it did happen.
