✨ Team Spotlight: Meet Desirae Holsinger! ✨

Desirae has been part of the Interchange/Express team since September 2022 and currently serves as a Quality & Training Support Specialist at ICCS. Her days are filled with reviewing daily quality tasks, supporting the G.O.A.T. program, handling audits and warehouse checks, and jumping in wherever help is needed—all with a calm, organized, and supportive approach.

With firsthand warehouse experience, Desirae brings strong organizational skills and a passion for teaching to everything she does. She’s motivated by clear goals, trust, and taking full ownership of her work—always with an eye toward improving daily operations and supporting her teammates.

Her best advice? Staying calm under pressure doesn’t just help you—it gives others the confidence to do their best.

Outside of work, Desirae is a ceramic artist and studio assistant at Friendly City Clay and Art Center, where she also teaches classes. She enjoys creating with clay, spending time with her husband, friends, and family (especially around a campfire), reading, hiking, camping, and enjoying a cozy movie day at home.
