FMCSA & Motus New Registration system …..

As I’m sure most of you know the New Registration system MOTUS has lots of IT issues. I’d would suggest that you make sure you can get logged into the old Legacy FMCSA Portal 1st prior to trying to reclaim your U.S. DOT number in Motus
I would also suggest to make sure you are using the same email address you currently have in the FMCSA Portal for login.gov so that things match
If you try reclaiming your U.S. DOT number under Motus and the link is grayed out to claim your previous authority PLEASE do not click on registration tab….you’ll get a New Authority…..you’ll need to turn in ticket with FMCSA to have them manually activate the link & you’ll have to submit proof of ownership with ticket. FMCSA New Registration System has launched and it’s time to reclaim your FMCSA portal under MOTUS…..if you have any for need assistance with setting your FMCSA MOTUS Portal please contact Bicehouse Consulting & Services for assistance. I’ve attached some helpful info

FMCSA has now launched the New Registration system called MOTUS…..all companies will be required to login into MOTUS with their login.gov login & claim their previous FMCSA Portal Account
The primary company official will need to process the identity verification prior to reclaiming their FMCSA Portal Account
