• A good driver’s record
• Able to pass background check
• Able to pass drug test
• Be professional
• Be trust worthy
• Be reliable
• Be organized
• Be trainable
• Able to work a flexible schedule (may require some weekends OTR)
• Able to complete daily pre-trips, and post-trips
• Able to complete E-logs (paper & computer)
• Able to drive long distances
• Able to read a map (not rely totally on Goggle or Mapquest)
• Some knowledge on maintenance & mechanic issues a plus.
