This workshop will cover:
β€’ Day 1: Substance Use and Harm Reduction, Historical Impacts of Colonization, and Creating Safe Spaces
β€’ Day 2: Harm Reduction Strategies During Pregnancy, Special Considerations During Labor, Birth & Postpartum, and Community Care Practices

Tribal Agriculture Fellowship program invites applications
November 30, 2024
Deadline: January 17, 2025
The mission of the Tribal Agriculture Fellowship (TAF) is to create opportunities for students to advance their education in agriculture, increase specialized knowledge, and preserve and promote the legacy of agriculture in Tribal communities.

TAF was designed to aid Native students in achieving their educational goals leading to careers in agriculture. The fellowship program provides a generous benefits package that can include up to four years of fellowship status, with funding to earn agricultural degrees or technical certifications. The opportunity is open to rising and current technical, undergraduate, and graduate students.

Applicants must provide proof of Tribal enrollment or community connectedness, and upon selection for TAF, provide acceptance/enrollment information for selected academic or certificate program.
