“That’s a long time, and when I look back at where you started and where you are today, I couldn’t be more proud of the man you’ve become.

You’re simply a good dude. You work hard, you take care of your family, you’re a great father to your two boys, and you’ve always put your heart into what you do.

You’ve earned your place as my GM here in Los Angeles, and you carry a lot on your shoulders: from handling our ocean operations to Pago Pago, Hawaii, Guam, and even some of those crazy “where the hell are we shipping this?” destinations 😂 You handle our audits, the challenges, the problems, and everything in between.

But more than the work, what means the most to me is the trust we’ve built over these 10 years.

You started as an employee, but somewhere along the way, you became one of the people I trust most, and today, I consider you not just one of my most important employees, but a friend.

I’ve watched you grow, work your way up, take on more responsibility, and become someone I can count on. That doesn’t happen overnight. You earned it.

I genuinely want nothing but the best for you and your family. I hope the next 10 years bring you even more success, happiness, and opportunities. You deserve it.
