Wide open country and a whole lot of iron 🏗️ Our crushing and screening spreads run across multiple pits, stacking crushed limestone, concrete, and asphalt by the ton.

That kind of scale is what lets us fill big orders without your job sitting idle waiting on material.

📣 WE’RE HIRING | AGGREGATE DISPATCH COORDINATOR

DC Caliche is growing, and we’re looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced, high-volume operation and keep a lot of moving pieces moving in the right direction.

This is not your average dispatch position.

🚛 Coordinate 250+ trucks daily
⛰️ Help move 18,000–25,000 tons of aggregate every day
📍 Based in Dawn, Texas
📊 Track trucks, tonnage, cycle times & job progress
📞 Coordinate with customers, trucking companies, drivers & our operations team
⚙️ Solve problems quickly when schedules, production, weather or trucking availability change
🤖 Learn and utilize AI and new technology to improve dispatching, planning, communication and efficiency

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who is extremely organized, tech-savvy, confident under pressure and has exceptional follow-through.

You need to be able to think ahead, make decisions, communicate clearly and solve problems before they become emergencies.

Experience in dispatching, trucking, logistics, construction, aggregates or high-volume transportation is strongly preferred.

You do not need to be an AI expert. You DO need to be willing to learn it, use it and embrace technology that helps us operate better.

If you like a slow, predictable workday, this probably isn’t the position for you. If you enjoy solving logistical puzzles, moving fast and seeing the direct impact of your work every day, we want to meet you.
