While the hickory airport hasn’t been too busy with flight training this past week. It’s been filled with hundreds of volunteers across the state and beyond helping aid western North Carolina. Saltair has been helping by serving meals each day to the volunteers here working tirelessly around the clock providing aid.
Yesterday’s food, we’d like to thank the law office of Jason E Taylor, Barristers of Gastonia and Corinth Reform church for the generous donations. A great show of support the last week around here and we can’t thank the volunteers and military personnel enough!
There has been numerous businesses donate over the last week we would also like to thank as well. We know it meant a lot to these guys and gals to get a nice meal between all the hard work!
