We're looking for a detail-oriented Weekend Truck Dispatcher to help support our 60-truck fleet in High Point, NC. If you're organized, level-headed under pressure, and enjoy keeping operations running smoothly, I'd love to connect with you.
What you'll do:
📞 Communicate with drivers to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, and resolve on-road issues as they come up
📋 Manage freight bills, invoices, and dispatch documentation
What we're looking for:
✅ 1+ year of dispatch or logistics experience preferred
✅ Strong verbal and computer communication skills
✅ Comfort with dispatching software (McLeod preferred), GPS tracking, and Google Suite
✅ A calm, quick-thinking approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
