Today we’re coming from LionsDive Beach Resort in Willemstad with Arepa di Pampuna, golden pumpkin pancakes with warm cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little sweetness. I added raisins to mine, too! 😋

Here’s a little history with your breakfast: Curaçao’s cooking has been shaped by the many cultures that have called the island home. Arepa di Pampuna is a local favorite made with pumpkin and often enjoyed as a snack or sweet treat.

Today we’re coming to you from Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun, Mexico, with Caribbean Lime Shrimp Tacos! Think juicy shrimp, crunchy cabbage, avocado, and a drizzle of lime crema. ☀️

Here’s a little food history to enjoy with your tacos: the exact origin of the taco is unknown, but tortillas filled with foods such as fish were part of Mexican food traditions long before today’s countless taco varieties.
