All products offered by Steel Magnolias Designs are handmade, hand-picked, custom designed, custom made, or in some way altered by the company to become our own. Therefore, no two items will be EXACTLY the same. This is done with our hands and creative minds. Machines are used to a certain extent BUT glitter, colors and other decorative items are HAND PLACED. No, we cannot, and we will not make you an item that looks exactly like a picture. We can take the provided picture and use it as inspiration. We will do our very best to recreate the design as closely as possible, but it will never be an exact replica.
We create things because we enjoy it. We offer a general timeline, not an exact date of completion. As soon as at least 50% of your invoice is paid, we begin your order. Please allow UP TO 2 weeks for your order to be completed. We are making hundreds of orders a month. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US. We take pride in our work and want to make sure that each product is up to our highly set standards.
Steel Magnolias Designs receives your orders and sends you an invoice. We will not start on your order until 50% of your invoice is paid. If you are paying cash or have another reason you can’t do this please let us know. We are understanding.
