Performing modification for Dassault Falcon SB 329-R4 Dry Bay Mod. Dassault Falcon has updated Service Bulletins for Wing Tank Modification;

Service Bulletin 329 Falcon 900EX, 900EX EASy and 900DX models
Service Bulletin 258 for Falcon 2000 models
Service Bulletin 496 for Falcon 50 models

A Dassault Falcon analysis of rare high-speed runway excursions has revealed that, in case of a main landing gear leg failure due to overloads, the subsequent wing damage may cause a potential fuel spill. The purpose of this Service Bulletin is to prevent such a fuel spill by installing a sealed boundary between ribs No. 4 and 5 in front of the rear wing spar. SEAL Aviation can assist by deploying SEAL Aviation Combined Services for Structural Repair, NDT and Fuel Tank Maintenance to comply with this Service Bulletin. Additionally the SEAL Aviation team has the ability to perform this modification at your location as well as our Fort Pierce, Florida hangar location. Our team of experts possesses the required tooling, parts and manpower to complete this repair quickly and efficiently.

Citation X motive flow pump flush on the road. An AOG customer called SEAL Aviation to come to their location to perform a motive flow system pump flush procedure AMM 28-20-00 on a Citation 750. This procedure is required when the engine driven fuel pump internally becomes damaged depositing metal debris in the fuel system. This involves defueling the aircraft and temporarily bypassing numerous fuel system components to flush debris from the system. Once the fuel system is properly prepared, debris can be pumped from the affected fuel tank and lines. This process is then repeated until all the debris is cleared from the fuel system. Debris caught in the fuel system can lead to numerous issues such as clogged lines, filters and damage to sensitive system components, leading to costly repairs. Once the flush is complete, the fuel tank need to be inspected thoroughly and engine runs need to be preformed to ensure there are no leaks in the fuel system. SEAL Aviation is an industry leader in maintaining Citation aircraft fuel systems. Combined with our mobile capabilities, this makes SEAL Aviation uniquely positioned to quickly respond to Citation AOG fuel system issues.

Customer requests troubleshooting of Gulfstream GIV hopper tanks. Upon opening the fuel access panels, maintenance manual instructions for the GIV fall out. It is essential that aircraft is inspected for FOD before closing up a fuel tank. FOD can lead to damaged fuel tank components, clogged filters and other expensive repairs. While this is an ironic discovery, this is not the most unusual piece of FOD (foreign object debris) we have come across inside of an aircraft fuel tank. SEAL Aviation techs have found tooling, rags, parts, even a baseball.
