🎯 Darts hopping in Tokyo! 🇯🇵
Yesterday we spent the day checking out a few very different darts spots around Tokyo.
First stop was Darts Cafe DOLLIS in Sugamo, a tiny, cozy steel-tip darts cafe that almost feels like you’re visiting someone’s apartment.
We showed up with SIX people…and the owner took one look at us and basically said, “Six people?! You’re not all going to fit!” 😂 So half of our group went to find lunch while three of us stayed to throw some steel.
The owner has such a fun, one-of-a-kind personality. Our 15-year-old nephew is at that age where getting a smile for a photo isn’t always easy…but somehow even HE ended up smiling. 😂
Next we visited Bellowke Sugamo, run by pro darts player Yuya Higuchi and his family. Yuya wasn’t there that day, but his wife was so friendly and welcoming. And she’s a really good darts player too!
Their adorable 3-year-old son was happily throwing darts his own way and even played a game with our niece. 🎯❤️ The whole place had such a warm, relaxed, family atmosphere. When we asked to take a group photo, everyone joined in!
Both DOLLIS and Bellowke even gave us stickers to remember our visit. Thank you! 😊
We finished the day at Darts Stadium Ikebukuro, where we got in a little more practice and stopped by S-DARTS. And of course…Dennis ended up finding a new set of darts he liked enough to bring home. 😂🎯
Such a fun day experiencing a few different sides of the Tokyo darts scene. The places were all different, but what we enjoyed most were the people we met along the way. ❤️🎯🇯🇵
