Position Summary
The Cargo Agent (CARGO) is responsible for the processing and handling of inbound/outbound cargo. Individuals working on the cargo team must demonstrate the highest levels of safety at all times and are expected to follow compliance procedures. The work environment involves heavy lifting, invoicing, operation of various cargo equipment, and customer service with clients.

Essential Functions:
• Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all team members and customers
• Operation of various cargo and ramp equipment
• Assemble cargo according to destination
• Weigh items and determine cost, using established tariffs
• Direct or participate in cargo loading in order to ensure completeness of load and even distribution of weight
• Itemize charges, prepare freight bills, accept payments, and issues refunds.
• Prepare cargo manifest to accompany shipments
• Adhere to required security procedures and hazardous material handling requirements
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Other duties as assigned (may include work in different departments under special circumstances)

Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
• 18 Years of Age
• Authorized to work in US
• Ability to obtain an Airport Operations Area (AOA) badge and other airport requirements
• Ability to regularly and continuously lift up to 70 lbs.
• Prior cargo/airline experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License

The ramp agent is responsible for all of the below wing operations of various air carriers. The work environment is fast paced and team based. Working conditions are outside, in the ramp area of the airport where you can expect to encounter the elements of working outdoors. It is a physically demanding position, requiring regular and continuous lifting up to 70lbs, as well as operating different equipment/vehicles on a regular basis. Cleaning the aircraft cabin is part of the primary responsibilities. Individuals who want to thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy physical work will be successful on our FST Team. There is an emphasis on strict adherence to airport ramp and safety procedures. (No experience required. Paid on the job training.)

Vacuum aircraft hallways, corridors, seat areas, other areas as assigned
Perform customer specific duties such as replacing magazines, water, seat covers, etc.
Empty trash receptacles, seat pockets, and trash left in other areas
Wiping down tray tables, and other areas as assigned
Restocking blankets and pillows
Cleaning and sanitizing of aircraft laboratories
Other duties as assigned (may include work in different departments under special circumstances).

We are seeking One (1) full-time and Two (2) part-time positions.

The full time shift is 6am to 2:30pm Monday through Friday and and some Saturdays.

One Part time shift is 2:30pm - 6:30pm Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

One Part time shift is 5pm - 9pm Monday - Friday and some Saturdays.

Schedule is subject to change according to flight arrivals and departures, so we are looking for individuals with a bit of flexibility.

The Guest Services Team (GST) member is responsible for all of the above wing operations of various air carriers. In the GST role, you are in a customer facing role and act as a representative of the company. Excellent customer service skills are expected which will lead to a positive and lasting image and impression of the company. The work environment is fast paced and may require special attention at times. The position will also require technical skills such as the use of customer specific computer programs as well as communication skills involving conflict resolution.
Responsibilities

Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all team members and customers
Ticketing and checking-in passengers
Operate carrier specific Passenger Service Systems (PSS)
Cash handling and collection of fees (when required)
Passenger Services Relations (PSR)
Manage airport gate boarding area
Baggage handling and services
Above wing flight operations
Operate jet bridge and other equipment as required per contract
Assist with pushing of wheelchairs as needed
Must be familiar with air carrier policies, practices, and procedures
May be cross-trained to assist in cleaning responsibilities above the wing.
