All board! Grab your lifevest and follow along as our dedicated and talented crew prepare the Kalohi for a combination sail day.

Named after the Kalohi Channel connecting Moloka‘i and Lāna‘i, the 286-foot-long Kalohi was specially designed to serve rural communities and smaller harbors. Its ballast technology adjusts the vessel’s height by taking on or releasing water, helping support safe operations in changing tidal and weather conditions.

SERVICE ALERT: Due to a damaged telephone pole near Wharf Street, the Young Brothers facility at the Port of Kahului is experiencing a power outage and partial gate closure. While operations continue, Maui Electric Company is working to restore power.

Access to Facility
• The Wharf Street gate is closed at this time.
• Enter via Hobron Street.

The power outage has also impacted our network, and customers may experience delays in email and telephone response.
