To all you Hotdog’rs out there. Looks like we’re in for a hot weekend. Today is hot, right around 90° tomorrow, is going to be even hotter. They are saying 92°. Heat index will be over 100°. With that in mind and not to relive an event that I had several weeks ago because of the heat, I feel that with the heat index being over 100° and possibly warmer, I will not be serving any culinary delights, Hotdogs, on Friday. Planning to be there Saturday and Sunday depending on what the heat index is like. Thank you for your understanding. Stay cool!

WHERE IN NEW HAMPSHIRE MAKES THE BEST HOT DOG?! Give me the little roadside stands, general stores, food trucks, butcher shops and hidden gems. I want the places we might drive past 100 times without realizing they’re serving up a damn good dog. Supporting small businesses is always the mission around here, so TAG THEM and give them some love! ❤️

Listen, I don’t care if you’re fancy with your toppings or standing over the kitchen sink eating a slightly questionable hot dog straight off the grill… today is your day. 😂👏 Now, we need to settle something because hot dog preferences tell me a LOT about a person. 👀 Are you a classic mustard and relish human? Chili and cheese? Sauerkraut? Onions? Absolutely EVERYTHING piled on until structural integrity becomes a legitimate concern?! What’s the “right” way to eat a hot dog? No wrong answers… I’ll be over here taking notes because National Hot Dog Day is a perfectly acceptable reason for another food adventure.

Due to personal appointments, I will be unable to be at Bass Pro Shops on Saturday and Sunday, June 27th and 28th. I do plan to be there on Friday, June 26th, and look forward to seeing everyone.
Thank you for your continued support, understanding, and well wishes. I’m looking forward to getting back to my regular schedule as soon as possible.
See you Friday!

Good Evening HotDog Lover’s…. This Friday, June 19, I won't be at Bass Pro because the hot dog cart will be part of the Bike Week Celebration at Manchester Harley Davidson (Now located in Hooksett, 100 Technology Dr.). Then Sat./Sun., I'll be back at Bass Pro. Be sure to bring dad down for a dog this Father's Day Weekend!"

Ok, I was told I don’t post enough.. Well, my “Sausage “ fingers have a hard time finding the little buttons on my phone.. Now, be advised, I will post anytime I won’t make it to BassPro. Other than that, I’m planning to be here ever weekend, that includes Father’s Day.. You better head on over🌭😎😎

I wanted to let everyone know that I have a medical treatment scheduled for Friday and will not be able to sell hot dogs that day. Depending on how the treatment goes and how I feel afterward, there’s a chance I may not be able to be there on Saturday and Sunday as well. Thank you for your understanding, and I’ll keep everyone updated.

Get your booties a coats back out..
For us down here, hopefully, just cold rain with , maybe, a wintery mix. It starts tonight into tomorrow. I’m planning on being a BassPro all weekend. If the road are ice, which I doubt will happen, maybe I’ll stay home and think of a tropical beach on an island somewhere…

We are about to receive a very late season winter storm. Yes, I said winter storm. We can thank our friend the omega block for this.

Friday afternoon, a storm system will drop into the region out of Canada bringing its own cooler of arctic air with it. This will primarily be a cold rain event for the majority of the region, with the exception of the elevations above 1,500ft where we could see a wintry mix, and elevations above 3,000ft where we could see accumulating snow. No, we aren't talking maybe an inch or two. We are talking 8-12 inches possibly. This is very much a "you've got to be sh****ng me" event for the end of May, doorstep of June.

Late Friday night, the center of the low pressure system will relocate to a secondary low near the coast, transitioning this into a coastal storm. It is right about at this point into early Saturday morning that we will see fairly heavy precipitation rates. Where some areas are looking at measurable snowfall, others are looking at a potential 2-3 inches of rain.

High temps Saturday will have trouble getting out of the 50s, while the lows will be 30s up north and 40s to the south. The immediate coast will likely stay consistently in the 50s for the duration.

Wind? Yeah, don't worry, like any good coastal storm, this will stir up some wind. Honestly, it doesn't look terrible and looks like the strongest gusts will be concentrated to the coast where they are used to 60mph gusts already.

All should be wrapped up by 5pm Saturday.
This opens the door to a smaller disturbance of organized showers late morning Sunday into Monday morning, which transitions to steadier rain Monday and more organized showers into Tuesday.

Share it with your friends.
The big issue is with the hikers and campers. People are going to get caught off guard with winter conditions at those higher elevations. Other forecasters and I cannot stress this enough, be prepared for rapidly changing conditions. Don't become a statistic.

Good Evening Hotdogers…. Please be advised, Tomorrow, Saturday, May 23, We will not be in attendance at BassPro. Reason, BassPro, every Memorial Day, They offer “free” hotdogs to the children. Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m back! What we thought might turn into a longer closure due to a minor medical issue has thankfully changed for the better. At one point, it looked like we would be closed for at least two weekends, but due to a positive change in the situation, I’ll be continuing at Bass Pro for the foreseeable future. There may still be a weekend or two here and there when we won’t be available, but I’ll always keep everyone advised ahead of time. Thank you all for your support, patience, and understanding — looking forward to seeing everyone again soon!
