Beyond Fostering Inc is looking to fill the following positions that will begin January 2025
Vice President- (Experience Only)
Must be consistent, communicate well with board in absence of President, not aligned or on board with any other nonprofit organization, attend monthly meetings and conference calls)
Vice President acts as the second-in-command to the Executive Director, overseeing key aspects of the organization's operations, including program management, fundraising, community engagement, staff supervision, and strategic planning, while also supporting the President in leadership and decision-making, ensuring the organization effectively achieves its mission and goals.
Program Manager- Design and Manage Programs
Volunteer Coordinator- responsible for all aspects of a volunteer program, including recruiting, interviewing, training, scheduling, and recognizing volunteers, ensuring their skills and availability are matched with appropriate organizational needs, ultimately contributing to the success of the organization's mission by maximizing volunteer engagement and impact.
Events Coordinator - Plan and Coordinate Events
Administrative Assistant- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, scheduling, and organizing documents. Coordinate team meetings and events and prepare agendas. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and facilitating communication. Handle expense reporting, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks.
Treasurer- Manages Financial Reports, Budgets, Compliance and tracks organization performance and operational costs.
Mentor Coordinator- Responsible for recruiting, screening, training, and matching volunteer mentors with mentees, providing ongoing support to mentors, facilitating mentor-mentee relationships, tracking program data, evaluating the mentoring program's effectiveness, and coordinating with other staff to ensure successful program delivery.
We are a non -profit organization that serves and supports children in foster care and foster families.
These are non paid positions!!! But we will provide some compensation throughout the year.
