A year goes by quickly. Twelve months without a single hour of NPT for lack of trucks is a long time to hold.

That's where our Louisiana operation stands today — through one of the toughest driver markets our industry has seen.

There's no trick to it. Consistent crews, drivers who know the locations, and a standard we don't flex when trucks get scarce. It's work we do every day, not a box we checked once.

Temperatures are climbing, and out in the field, that means extra caution. A few reminders to keep our crews safe this summer:

💧 Stay hydrated — drink water throughout the day, not just when you're thirsty
🧢 Take breaks in the shade when you can
👕 Wear breathable, light-colored clothing
⚠️ Know the signs of heat exhaustion: dizziness, heavy sweating, nausea, headache
🚨 If you or a coworker start feeling off, speak up right away; don't push through it

Safety comes first, always. Take care of yourselves and each other out there.
