A few weeks ago, our team was in San Antonio for the 15th Annual Frac Sand Supply & Logistics Conference.

The conversation that stuck with us: One of the biggest risks to completion schedules right now is trucking.

Data center construction is competing for the same drivers and equipment. Driver pipelines are tightening across the basin. And when sand doesn’t show up, frac crews sit idle.

Our takeaway: reliable logistics in 2027 comes down to how well you recruit, train, and keep your drivers. That’s where we’re investing.

This year brought a great opportunity to strengthen our partnership in Argentina. We sent members of our team down to consult on-site, sharing hands-on expertise in sand logistics and helping introduce the FilaMar approach to ex*****on — from planning through delivery.

Simul-frac means two wells get pumped at once — so sand has to arrive faster and more steadily than on a normal job. There's no gap between stages to make up for a late truck.

That's the standard we run to on our South Texas locations, where narrow Eagle Ford lease roads leave no shortcuts if a load falls behind.

Anyone can pump simul-frac. Keeping sand ahead of it — every stage, every day — is where FilaMar earns it!

Quad-frac doesn't leave much room for error.

Four wells fractured simultaneously on a single pad, thousands of tons of sand a day, one supply chain feeding all of it — and every load has to land on schedule or the whole sequence slips.

Our West Texas team owns it. And it isn't just truck count that makes it work: it's customers who hold their volumes steady, frac providers who run a consistent pad, and the same drivers showing up to locations they already know.

Nobody runs a quad-frac alone. We just make sure sand is never the reason it stops.

A year goes by quickly. Twelve months without a single hour of NPT for lack of trucks is a long time to hold.

That's where our Louisiana operation stands today — through one of the toughest driver markets our industry has seen.

There's no trick to it. Consistent crews, drivers who know the locations, and a standard we don't flex when trucks get scarce. It's work we do every day, not a box we checked once.

Anyone can bid the work. Keeping trucks on it is the hard part.

☀️ Heat Safety Reminder

Temperatures are climbing, and out in the field, that means extra caution. A few reminders to keep our crews safe this summer:

💧 Stay hydrated — drink water throughout the day, not just when you're thirsty
🧢 Take breaks in the shade when you can
👕 Wear breathable, light-colored clothing
⚠️ Know the signs of heat exhaustion: dizziness, heavy sweating, nausea, headache
🚨 If you or a coworker start feeling off, speak up right away; don't push through it

Safety comes first, always. Take care of yourselves and each other out there.
