Fifty years. That’s half a lifetime spent moving trucks, navigating tricky jobs, and yes… even moving sleeping crew members.

Joe has seen it all! From the early days with just dollies and walkboards to today’s high-tech equipment. Through it all, he’s kept his sense of humor, his work ethic, and a golden attitude that inspires everyone around him.

When asked what advice he’d give his younger self, Joe said: “Every person you hire has potential. You’ve just got to bring that potential to light.” That philosophy has guided him for five decades and helped shape the culture at East End Transfer.
