In any Business, you should know your bottom line. What drives your pricing...should be the cost that it takes to operate your business.

One of the biggest mistakes that many business owners make...is not knowing their numbers.

At one time, I thought I had all of the answers as well...Just because I had a CPA, Bookkeeper, and Auditor on my payroll. 🤣🤣🤣 I was sadly mistaken.

It wasn't until I had to be responsible for 40+ million dollars, and allocate money to various categories. I had to humble myself and learn...and I am so glad that I did. I never knew what EBITDA was until I was challenged to do so. I'm forever grateful!!! 🙂🙂🙂

Break out the spreadsheets, profit and loss statements, and get busy. We are in the last quarter of the year.
