WRM strives to be a national provider of liquid waste transportation, processing and recycling services. WRM has over 6,000 grease service clients in the US.

In the Fall of 2016 WRM purchased Southwaste Disposal, LLC. Teaming up with its sister companies Kappa Products Corporation(Chicago) and Silver City Processing(Vegas), allows WRM the ability to expand its services to even more customers. Additionally, WRM also has a strong network of vetted subcontractors that help us have a nationwide presence. We specialize in removing, transporting, recycling and disposing of grease trap waste water. WRM is a holding company that is comprised of several liquid waste collection, processing and disposal sites from Nevada to Florida. WRM provides a comprehensive solution for liquid waste generators and transportation clients.

Waste Resource Management has officially closed on the trap grease collection and processing assets from Dar Pro Solutions (a division of Darling Ingredients) — and we couldn't be more energized about what this means for our mission.

In 2025, WRM recycled more than 275 million gallons of water. With this acquisition, we're committed to tripling that impact over the next year.

This is what "Saving Water. Protecting the Environment." looks like in action — not as a tagline, but as a business decision we make every time we have the opportunity to grow our liquid waste management footprint and do more good for the communities and ecosystems we serve.
