I’m looking for five trucking companies that need qualified CDL-A drivers—but are tired of paying for leads that never answer the phone.

We’re launching the Fleet Connect Driver Pipeline™, a 90-day driver acquisition system designed to turn recruiting traffic into actual conversations and scheduled interviews.

We handle:

Targeted driver campaigns
Fleet-specific recruiting funnels
AI-powered candidate screening
Automated SMS and email follow-up
Interview scheduling and reminders
Old applicant reactivation
Recruiting pipeline and performance tracking

Your recruiters won’t receive another messy spreadsheet filled with cold names. They’ll receive qualified candidates who meet your requirements and have agreed to speak with your team.

This is for fleets that:

Have 10–100 trucks
Need to fill at least 3–5 seats
Offer competitive pay and home time
Can interview qualified candidates promptly

We’re opening five founding-client spots at $5,500 for the full 90-day installation and campaign management. Advertising spend is separate.

If we don’t generate at least 15 qualified driver interviews during the engagement, we’ll continue managing the system without an additional management fee until we do—provided the agreed campaign conditions are maintained.

Comment DRIVERS or send me a message if you want the details.

Qualified driver interviews—not another pile of leads.

Ever feel like you’re juggling family time and work? 🤔

I totally get it!

I carve out special moments with my daughter and wife every day. After our family time, I dive back into work late at night, usually from 9 PM until midnight or even 1 AM.

This routine has been my life for over 20 years, and while some say it might lead to burnout, it’s just what I do. I cherish those quiet hours when I can focus without distractions.

In the mornings, I try to keep my time with family sacred, avoiding business calls until after I drop my daughter off. It’s all about balance, right?

How do you manage your work-life balance? Let’s share tips and support each other!

For me, that spot is Kealakekua on the Big Island. Just 20 minutes from Kona, it’s a slice of paradise where I can truly unwind.

This beautiful, culturally rich area is steeped in history, with thousands of Native Hawaiians having lived here.

I can’t wait to jump in the ocean after this chat!

You don't need more driver applications.

You need to work the ones you already have.

Pull up your last 90 days. Count how many applications came in. Then count how many got a second call after the first one didn't connect.

For most operations that second number is close to zero.

One call. No answer. Application dies.

Meanwhile you're paying to generate new ones.

Drivers don't answer unknown numbers. That's not disinterest, it's 2026. The ones worth hiring are usually driving when you call.

Most placements happen on the third or fourth touch, across a mix of call and text. Almost nobody gets there.

Before you raise the ad budget, go work the list you already paid for. It's cheaper and it's sitting right there.

How many touches does your operation make before an application goes cold?

Intermodal demand is up roughly 10% y/y, concentrated hardest in the 550–1,500 mile range — exactly the sweet spot most regional and mid-haul carriers live in.

Why now: truckload cost per mile is forecast up 34% y/y. At some price point, rail becomes cheaper than a truck even with the extra transit time, and shippers start reallocating. That threshold just got crossed on a lot of lanes.

This isn't rail "stealing" freight — it's shippers doing math. If your lanes overlap with that range, you're not just competing with other carriers anymore, you're competing with an entirely different mode.

The carriers who survive this shift are diversifying lane mix now, not after volume dries up on their bread-and-butter routes.

Why Every Logistics Company Sounds the Same

Everyone says they're "reliable."
Everyone says they provide "great service."
Everyone says they're "customer-focused."

None of that makes you memorable.

The companies winning freight today aren't louder. They're more authentic.

Share what you're seeing in the market.
Share what's breaking.
Share what customers should know.

That's how you become the company prospects remember.

AI is not the future of vehicle inspections.

Trust is.

AI just happens to be one of the tools that can help us get back there.

In automotive logistics, so many issues start with unclear handoffs:

Was the damage already there?
Did the inspection actually happen?
Who documented it?
Was the customer updated?
Where did the breakdown happen?

That’s not just an operations problem.

That’s a trust problem.

When used correctly, AI can help create cleaner documentation, faster condition reports, better visibility, and fewer “he said, she said” moments between carriers, brokers, dealers, and customers.

But let’s be honest — AI will not save a company that refuses to communicate.

Automation does not fix poor leadership.
Dashboards do not replace accountability.
A smarter inspection process still needs people who care enough to use it right.

The winners in logistics will not be the companies using the most AI.

They’ll be the companies using AI to create more clarity, more consistency, and more trust.

That’s the real opportunity.

🚛 **The Dispatch Campaign Wasn’t Broken Because of Ads**

We broke down a real campaign for **Linx Dispatch Service**, and the biggest takeaway was simple:

The market was not the problem.

The message was.

A lot of trucking businesses want to jump straight to more leads, more traffic, more ad spend, more automation.

But before you pour fuel on the fire, you have to know what you’re actually lighting.

In this breakdown, we looked at a real dispatch funnel built for **owner-operators and small fleets** and found where the campaign was strong, where it was leaking, and what needed to be tightened before scaling.

A few key lessons stood out:

✅ A dispatch offer has to be specific, not generic
✅ Owner-operators and small fleets need different messaging than large fleets
✅ Experience matters, but only when it is positioned clearly
✅ A landing page can look fine and still leak buyers
✅ A 50% application-page conversion means there is demand
✅ An $11 lead and a $104 lead can exist in the same campaign if the targeting and message are not aligned
✅ Scaling only works after the funnel can explain itself

That last one is the knife.

Because a lot of businesses are not losing because they lack opportunity.

They are losing because the buyer gets confused before they get convinced.

And confused buyers do not book calls.

They bounce.

If you’re building a trucking, dispatch, freight, logistics, or service-based offer, this breakdown will help you spot the silent leaks before you spend more money trying to “fix” the wrong thing.

Question for the group:

What do you think kills more trucking campaigns?

1. Weak offer
2. Wrong audience
3. Unclear page
4. Slow follow-up
