Shop & Ship with Shelly customers:

Kindly ensure you are labeling your orders properly. Below, you can see examples of why we ask you to use ONLY your name (as receiver; no care of) when ordering. When you saturate the name section, it often takes a piece of each name or it simply eliminates your name and ships in the “care-of” name.

We also receive packages where pieces of the labels are inadvertently cut off during vendor processing (examples shown) eliminating the receiver’s name completely. This is not the customer’s fault.

Kindly note, we log EVERYTHING we receive. If you monitor your app, you can easily identify when something is missing. We log the “unknowns” as well, listing them by contents and tracking info. This way, the list is easily accessible when you attempt to claim. We can tell immediately if it’s something we have.

Once you have created an account in our app, here is the proper labeling example:

We cleared the last of our May 4 containers and are currently loading for dispatch.
We have begun clearing May 11 (early) from Texas, Los Angeles & Florida as well. Dispatch for this shipment will commence over the weekend.

Kindly note, while most shipments dock early, we do advertise a two-week docking. This is followed by customs checks, sorting and then dispatch. Kindly follow this page for updates on each shipment. We post all updates as soon as they become available.
