Just a 7 minute boat ride from Malliouhana, this is the true island vibe. All you will find is a beautiful sand beach, delicious fresh seafood and a drink served with a smile. There is only a shack and some chairs.

It's easy to get lost in the moment while traveling on Holland America, so they make it easy for you... their elevators literally have the day of the week on the floor so you can just unplug! 🗓️
Some other great things about experiencing Alaska with Holland America are:

Nothing beats the feeling of a happy text from clients on Day 1! 🌅 Lagos, Portugal is already a huge success for these travelers, and watching the sunset tonight is just the beginning.

What better way to celebrate a 60th Wedding Anniversary than with your family (20 to be exact) on an Alaskan Cruise. They stayed overnight in Vancouver, BC before boarding and fell in love with the area.

Biking the Seawall and Stanley Park were a highlight. It was for me as well when I visited last year.

Seeing Cinque Terre from the water is an absolute dream! Check out this picture my travelers took while on a beautiful boat tour along this iconic stretch of the Italian Riviera.

For those who might not know, Cinque Terre (which translates to "Five Lands") is a breathtaking UNESCO World Heritage site. It’s famous for its dramatic, rugged coastline and centuries-old, colorful houses perched right on the cliffs overlooking the Mediterranean.

Sailing along the coast gives you the absolute best view of its five distinct, beautiful fishing villages:

I loved Hotel Spadai in Florence. The location was perfect and the property was wonderful. Check out my videos for a quick tour of the deluxe room and highlights of the property.

The only caveat: Since you are next to the Duomo you will hear the bells, but don't worry, they don't ring all night. They start at 7:00am and finish at 9:00pm.

When traveling by train in Italy, I love taking a bullet train. They get up to 200mph making for speedy travel between the large cities. You only need to arrive at the train station 15-20 minutes early.

Bonus if you take Business Class (pictured). The seats are spacious with a table that expands, free WiFi and included snacks delivered to your seat. They may not be gourmet, but it's something if you forget to leave time for breakfast like us! 🤦
