Shift – 1st shift. Part time one to three days a week

Equipment – 53’ Dry Van Trailers

Compensation – $28/ Hour

Responsibilities:

-Loading, unloading, or assisting in loading and unloading truck occasionally

-Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment, driver will be responsible to day cab and will generally only have 1 vehicle assigned.

-Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.

-Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage before and after route.

Qualifications:

Job Qualifications:

-At least 22 years of age

-CDL Class A license required

-2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 5 years

-3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations/accidents

-Reliable and customer oriented

-Safety oriented

-Regular attendance is an essential function of the job

-Willingness to perform drug screening at any given time.

Physical Requirements:

-While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The employee must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 30lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.

Family owned and operated company for over 30 years, family orientated and relaxed but fast pace environment. Work is a pallet building position on a hand build table with a partner with a nail gun. Experience using a nail gun is required. Must be physically able to lift over 50 lbs repetitively and stand for 8 hours a day. Fast pace and paid per piece of wooden skid. Pay is determined by your speed, some make $18 to start and work up to $20 or $26 an hour. Monday through Friday first shift from 6 am to 3 pm and some Saturday mornings, also looking for part time help a couple days a week if that would work better in your schedule. Paid for caring your own health insurance a month sum also paid for other health benefits, in interview if chosen will be discussed.
